Playmobil pledges to support retailers with Crumtons Toy Shop banner campaign – ToyNews

Playmobil has shown additional commitment in its 2019 advertising campaign to support retailers, this time with the sponsorship of three large banners displayed outside the Crumtons Toy Shop in Bangor.

The Northern Ireland toy retailer will showcase the banners, each focusing on Playmobil: The Movie, ahead of the title’s cinematic release on August 9.

Alongside the movie, Playmobil released nine new playsets based on the movie, including the Rex Dasher with Parachute, Robotitron with Drone, Marla with Horse, Charlie with Prison Wagon, Marla and Del with Flying Horse, Del’s Food Truck, Emperor Maximus at the Colosseum, Marla at the fairytale castle and Rex Dasher’s Porsche Mission E.

Mark McGilton, Store Owner at Crumtons, said: “As a huge Playmobil fan, it’s a pleasure to showcase the toy brand outside of the store. Working with the team has been a great experience and we look forward to doing more together in the future. Thanks to Playmobil, Bangor now has many more cheerful colors in our lovely town.

Jamie Dickinson, Marketing and Display Manager at Playmobil UK, added: “At Playmobil, supporting retailers through our advertising program is a priority. The Crumtons banners reaffirm our position as a leading entertainment brand and boost energy during an exciting time, with the launch of Playmobil: The Movie in August. “
